What is Top Hat Collective?

Top Hat Collective is a membership community allowing Wake Forest fans and athletes to come together for exclusive experiences in a NIL compliant way.

What does my membership cost cover?

Membership costs will be used to compensate athletes for their participation in Top Hat Collective contracted events and activities. A percentage of membership funds will also be used to cover operating expenses for Top Hat Collective.

What kind of events will I have access to?

Top Hat Collective events will be held both virtually and in-person- which can include but are not limited to: camps, clinics, meet and greets, autograph sessions, and more.

What is NIL?

NIL stands for Name, Image, and Likeness, which allows for student athletes to monetize and profit from their personal brand.

Is Top Hat Collective a booster club?

Top Hat Collective is an independent organization not affiliated with Wake Forest or Wake Forest athletics. Participation in the Top Hat Collective by student athletes and our members is completely voluntary and in no way tied to pay for play nor is it an inducement to attend Wake Forest University.

What is your membership cancellation policy?

Top Hat Collective memberships can be canceled at any time, however member benefits and events will be immediately revoked upon cancellation. We do not offer refunds for canceled memberships.

Are Top Hat Collective events open to the public?

While we will hold events which are exclusive to our members, Top Hat will also hold events that allow for non-member participation. All supporters regardless of membership status will have the ability to purchase items through Top Hat such as autographs, apparel, memorabilia, and more.

My membership accidentally renewed- do you offer refunds?

Top Hat Collective does not offer refunds for membership charges. Memberships are charged on a monthly basis.
